We’ll ask to see a copy of your insurance adjuster’s summary report in order to review the scope of work and ensure all measurements are accurate as well as that the assessment of damages is fairly evaluated and accurately reported.

Next, we modify our contract to the work outlined in the insurance adjuster’s summary along with any other necessary supplemental additions. This copy is signed and sent to your insurance company.
