“Gibson Roofing – great service
From the very beginning, Gibson Roofing performed in a highly professional manner. Justin, the rep, was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the process, the guarantees, the time line and the cost. He was the only one who actually got up on the roof and took measurements. The others relied on Google Earth measurements. While I believe they may be OK, I really did prefer the physical approach. The crew showed up on schedule, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of the day. I have a large roof and I really appreciated that fact. They tarped everything that could get damaged. When rotted wood was found, they replaced it. Justin came each day, inspected the progress and kept my informed of what the crew had done. He also informed me of the replaced wood and showed my the rotted areas from around the vents. When the job was done, the crew went around with a large magnet to find any and all nails that might have gotten in the lawn. They also made sure to pick up any trash and left over pieces of shingles. All in all, a very satisfactory job. Note: This is one of 5 roof’s I have had to replace over my lifetime. I must say that it is the most pleasant experience of any of them.”

Exceeded expectations while demonstrating professional expertise. Assessment of home’s roof was completed and a plan for the home was discussed quickly. A plan was developed and good customer service was displayed throughout the process. Very happy with the work!
